The Application is free to download and use. To sync your progress across devices, the Application offers an optional Google Sign-In feature.

If you choose to log in using Google Sign-In, we collect and store the following information securely on our Firebase database:
* Account Credentials: Your Google email address, display name, and profile picture URL to create and maintain your user profile.
* App Progress Data: Your vocabulary learning progress, word history, and user preferences linked to your account identifier to provide a seamless learning experience across your devices.
### Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and services. These services may collect information used to identify you.

The Application is free to download and use. It features an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All financial transactions and payment processing are handled securely by Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial billing details.

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
The Digital Consent Age for this Application is set to 16 years. We do not knowingly target or collect data from individuals under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

We believe in complete transparency and respect your right to control your data. Under global privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal information.
### How to Delete Your Account and Data:
If you wish to delete your account, your learning history, and all associated personal data from our systems, you can do so through the following methods:
1. In-App Deletion: You can easily request account deletion directly from the Application’s settings/profile menu.
2. Email Request: You can send an explicit deletion request from your registered Google email address to rlyethix.software@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your authentication record and Firebase database entries (including your word progress and account metadata) within 30 days.
*Please note that deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, your vocabulary progress and preferences cannot be recovered.*

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
